How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel your Dripshipper plan in Settings, when you are charged, and how Shopify, card-on-file, and Wix billing differ.

Written by Danny

You cancel from Dripshipper Settings. This deactivates your login and stops Dripshipper products, custom labels, and order/invoice access at the end of your current billing cycle. We can keep your data and settings for 12 months if you reactivate.

How to cancel

  1. Open Settings

  2. Click Cancel subscription

  3. Choose a reason

  4. Click Cancel Subscription

You can also contact support from that screen if you want help instead.

When you are charged

Starter and Professional include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. Elite does not include a free trial.

After the trial (or immediately on Elite), billing depends on how you signed up:

  • Shopify: Dripshipper is billed on your Shopify invoice. Canceling in Settings cancels the Dripshipper app charge.

  • Card on file: Used when Dripshipper is not billed through Shopify, including many WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Squarespace stores. Canceling stops renewal. You keep access until the period ends.

  • Wix: After you cancel in Settings, finish the cancellation in Wix billing if Wix still shows an active charge.

Add-ons

The FDA-Compliant Address Service is a separate $30/month subscription. Cancel it under Settings → FDA-Compliant Address Service if you want to stop that add-on without canceling your plan. FDA-Compliant Address Service
